What was the last book you've read?

May 29, 2008 by Gustavo Brick

I was reading the paper today and saw the title of an issue that caught my attention, the text shows a survey conducted by IBOPE on the Brazilian in the habit of reading books, books of any genre. In the research were interviewed 5012 respondents how many books they read per year, the number I already expected to be low, but not so ... The average reading of books of the Brazilian population is 1.3 books per year, ignoring students who read books by "Obligation" to the vestibular, tests and so on, or almost anything ... Reading is a great way to add knowledge and have some excuse for lack of time not to roll ... Mostly metrossexuais suffering prejudices of this kind: just want to know creams, muscles, clothes and so on ... Show that's not what it is, that in addition to careful what we are also interested in visual culture. Oh, and have more ... the research points that women read more than the man.
